How many people can I have on my conference call?

Conference Active: up to 50 people on a call.
Conference Advantage and Advantage+: 250 people on a call.

Do I need special equipment?

No, Diva Conferencing is as simple as making a call. You can call on any landline or from a mobile, in the UK or from around the world.

How good is the sound quality?

The quality of all Diva Conferencing calls is excellent and clear. We only use premium routing and Tier 1 telecommunications networks so your calls are not affected by internet traffic or other external factors.

When is the service available?

Diva Conferencing is open 24/7. Simply dial and connect at any time of day or night.

Is there a limit to the duration or number of conference calls I can make?

No. You can call as often as you like and stay connected for as long as you need.

What can I do if my Carrier doesn't support the Global Access Number?

If you have any problems dialling +44 8448 22 11 00 from abroad you have a few options. You can:

• contact Diva Conferencing Support
• upgrade to an Advantage+ account

Advantage+ customers can use a wide range of international toll-free numbers or UK numbers beginning '01' or '02'. Ask us about upgrading your account if you regularly need to dial-in from abroad by calling Diva Conferencing Support on 0844 873 6161 (+44 113 397 0424).

Can I dial-in from a mobile phone?

Yes, all standard access numbers can be dialled from a mobile phone.

If you have callers regularly dialling in from a mobile, we recommend upgrading your service to Advantage+. With this you have access to UK numbers beginning '01' and '02', which are normally including within a mobile 'bundle' - this can save paying as much as 20p per minute to call 0844 numbers from a mobile. Do I need to pre-book my conference call?

No, you never need to reserve. Diva Conferencing is ready when you are. Simple invite your callers to dial-in and enter their PIN to connect.

How do I let my participants know about the details of the call?

Simply ask your callers to dial-in using the appropriate access number and Participant PIN, at the agreed time. You can include these details in an email, or Calendar invite.

Can I record conference calls?

Yes. Advantage+ customers can subscribe to call recording and record all conference calls from any conference room with this service. Contact us for expert advice on 0844 873 6161.

Is Diva Conferencing really free? How do you make money?

Yes - the only cost of the service is the cost of the call. BT charge 4.35p plus VAT (5p inc VAT) per minute for dialling the 08448 48 44 44 Diva Conferencing access number and we receive a small fee for each call made.

Do you offer UK (0800) and International toll-free access numbers?

Yes. Conference Advantage+ customers can choose from a wide range of access numbers, including toll-free numbers. Contact us for expert advice on 0844 873 6161.

Is the service secure?

Your conference room is completely private and the call is as secure as you dialling direct to the other callers. Conference Advantage and Advantage Plus customers can also lock the room to other participants using in-call controls, and other free security features such as announcing the caller's name.
